Terms for bookings and gift voucher purchases.
Bookings are made through the website form. Prices: 1 h = 1000 CZK, 2 h = 1500 CZK. The slot is indicative — final time is confirmed based on availability. Payment is made in advance by QR.
Gift vouchers are available for 1000 CZK and 1500 CZK (custom amounts possible). The voucher is activated after payment and delivered by email as a PDF with a code. Validity is stated on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Payments are made by transfer / QR to the SIMPUB account (Air Bank, 3693363018/3030, IBAN CZ03 3030 0000 0036 9336 3018). The variable symbol for pairing is sent with the order. Payments are verified automatically; confirmation arrives by email.
You may withdraw from a gift voucher order within 14 days unless the voucher was used. If SIMPUB cancels, we refund in full. Complaints: simpub.info@gmail.com.
